This seedling is very much alive and withstanding the wind in perfect
condition. It's not new here, just had bloom frozen out or hailed out
in previous years. Plenty of increase. The pollen parent - Vossen
seedling V122 - died after blooming the first year. Taken out by the
summer heat, I think. Hard to know for sure, but that's the most
likely reason.

Don't know why some seedlings bloom out. Frustrating when they
increase well and then ALL the fans bloom. Happening to several this
year.
