Your picture looks just like mine. Waiting for October did
bloom for me in the fall and I am listed as 6a. I have it planted on the south
side next to the house and the flower bed is in between the side walk and
lawn. I have never figured out why the rebloomers will rebloom or not. I
planted Clarence in 3 different places and Clarence did rebloom 3 times where
Waiting for October is now. The other 2 places bloom only once and I decided
