DOS had 4 or 5 stalks almost ready to show color when the freeze hit here. (zone 6-KY) Nothing had been fertilized so this was not pushed in any way. Just the result of the early warm weather. It has suffered some of the worst foliar damage in the garden on a 2 year clump. (Have a couple of 3 year clumps that I've not checked.)

Can't say if there is rhizome damage yet, but the foliage looks like someone threw scalding water on it. Not just tip burn like most, but taken all the way down to the rhizome.
