first TB blooming

Here's the first TB to bloom here this season:  05D1: Will Scarlet X 01J14:(984M7:(Champagne Elegance x Lady Friend) x Romantic Evening).  Too tailored for today's tastes, but it has the stuff I want in it for going forward.  It was the single seed in the pod and has taken its time to bloom (4 seasons after planting).  Bad odds for progeny, I suppose, but having done so much against the odds, why quit now?  --  Griff
