HYB: Odd Pattern

I haven't noticed this seedling to have this color pattern before, so I'm wondering if it's weather-related, virally-induced or a sport/mutation.
Has anybody seen this type of pattern before?

This is one of the KUPARI X rubromarginata seedlings.
