The first crosses I did with Tyke was before I learned to pull off all the standards and falls to keep critters from crossing and all seem to have been hit with SDB pollen after I did a cross with MTB or before not sure which.  I am trying again this year and glad to know it crossed with Bumblebee and I will try that this year.  I tried last year with Pug and Preference but neither took but few things did that year.  I really like the two seedlings that have bloomed so far from this cross which was after I learned to yank the S/Fs off.  Both are above the folliage and good form so they will be moved to the seedling bed for further evaluation.

seems like 'Tyke', who works with diploids also works with tetraploids!

 

Lynda Miller got 'Survivor' out of 'Bangles' X 'Tyke',

David Shannon got 'Alyoska K' out of 'Bumblebee Deelite' X 'Tyke',

this later cross also gave 'Ob Stackles' to James Loveland, who also got 'Tow Headed Tyke' out of 'Tyke' X 'Pretty Quirky',

 

and finally, you manage to get a stunner,  crossing it with the  tetra 'Bordeaux Pearl' = 'Chanted' X 'Chubby Cheeks'
