ï couple of years ago we intro'd an IB iris called
spiked. it had some weird protrusions coming off the
standards. kinda like little hard horns. it was fertile so I crossed
it with some TBs. Introducing the attached one next year. it is
spiked by a TB and has the little hard spikes and knobs on the edges of
the standards. seems to be a trait that will carry through to
offspring. not sure if it is a good road to go down or not but we are
going down it anyway....
...7 buds 22 inches tall, solidly a BB.
