Very reliable here, been sitting in the same spot since 1998, gets major
weed competition. Rhizomes occasionally dug from edges of the clump to
share with local club sales. Ellen G, you still here? It's one of the
batch you sent here to be fostered while you moved to a new house.

very light scattered frost last two nights, on car windows and some
grass blades, but not enough to hurt tomatoes, so hopefully not enough
to hurt irises. Lots of earlier freeze/frost damage showing up on iris
buds, but also a lot that look fine, sometimes on same plant.
