Hey Betty, I had 'Gratuity' a few years ago . . . a really nice orange iris, that bloomed and survived extremely well here in MI, but didn't have very tall stalks -- 36" -- as registered. If you have it, does it grow closer to the registered height for you? Sounded like a good cross . . . HOM X Gratuity. Nice seedling from it! Were you hoping for some orange?
