Chuck is corrent about some ABs having streaked foliage. They crop up fairly regularly among the OGB- type seedlings. However, I grow Jelly Roll Jam and what I grow has normal green foliage. Have you seen this plant bloom? I'm fairly confident what I grow is JRJ, but what I see in your photo is typical of the seedlings I've grown that had it. It doesn't change. It's either there or not and is utterly consistant year to year.
