Hi Colleen,
one of those either you love it or hate it flowers, I think.  Just responded to Debi about the background then saw your message.   not a plicata based broken color....interestingly more and more broken color seedlings are showing up without plicata in the background untill you go back many, many generations.

Itâs interesting, not sure if I like it. Will be interesting to see if it is consistent.  Any plicata in the background, ie is it a true broken colour??/

Late for an IB to start blooming but this opened today.  its an IB of a an SDB seedling x Adventurous.  thought the random color pattern was interesting.
