Here's the instructions for removing ads I got from a graphics group. I
haven't tried it myself, so I can't answer any questions on it, but I seen
the results and all you see is a small blank box at the bottom of the email.
"Its easy...
You need to attatch your business card (vcard) to outgoing emails
and then insert a 1 pixel by 1 pixel transparent gif file into the email
(not attatch, insert)."
