{Disarmed} 1810-15re

This is blooming today.  The first bloom didn't impress me.  I especially didn't like the color, but I'm happier with this second bloom.  Pale lavender fall stripe.  ?? Most of the siblings seem to have good substance.

This has excellent plant growth and has a second stalk that's about a week from opening a first bloom.  Purple sibling (1810-5re) is finishing up a 2nd summer stalk, but the Japanese beetles are helping it.  1810-1Re has a stalk about 18 inches tall.  I posted a cream/yellow sibling earlier in the summer (1810-3Re)  and 1810-14Re was the one that had the strange anther.  Of the five used in breeding this spring, only 1810-12Re has shown rebloom.

Night temperature are supposed to drop into the 60s for the first time in weeks.  Between 1 and 1 1/2 inches of rain last night.
