{Disarmed} Re: RE: Sea Power

Good to hear from you, Al.  I'm wondering if the rain that we did get came at times and in quantitites that will foster rebloom, despite the extended dry periods in between.  I've had early rebloom this year that I've never had before.

I like Triple Whammy.  I crossed it with Romantic Mood more than 10 years ago, and one of the resulting seedlings took Best Seedling at the Francis Scott Key show in 1997, but it was too tall for its branching and I ended up tossing it.  --  Griff

I've had Sea Power for two years, with it blooming this spring. It has two fan, an increase  and a nice fat rhizome.  I must not have been impressed because I remember nothing about the flower.

I crossed it with Triple Whammy just to what might happen.

Weather has become rather dry, with camels sprouting instead of seedlings. March was very dry, April rather wet. May very dry, June monsoonal  just shy of 11". July and August very dry with a little over two inches of rain. Second year in a row for desert conditions.
