Re: Make Believe

I wish!  I dreamt this one up a couple of years ago as an eventual
probably never to be attained goal, & it was fun & interesting trying to
put my mental image into digital form.  I did another one with more blue
in the standards that I think I like better.

There's something unrealistic looking about that dark pink starburst,
but I can't quite figure out what it is - maybe no irises I've seen have
that much color saturation of plastid pigments around the beard.  Not to
mention that much pink color saturation on the rims!

Joe Ghio has introduced a few with a "pink starburst' around the beard.
And some triple rims on falls are starting to show up, tho colors on
most of them aren't anywhere near as dark as my 'make believe' iris.

Neil has already been trying to think of what to cross to get there <g>
