The photo of Sweet Musette is indeed Sweet Musette. Photos are usually not indictative of the true colors. Do not sell as unknown.

Linda, and all others concerned.   I believe the photo I posted of Sweet Musette is indeed Sweet Musette.  The photo was taken a couple years ago when we were going through an extreme drought.  I believe this may have had an effect on the pigmentation.  Also growing Iris at Denver's Mile High elevation under extreme sunlight has some effect on the coloration that is produced.  I will try to get a photo of Sweet Musette this next year when it just opens to see if the colors are truer to the discription as written out in the Check List.  If it still the lighter color I may have to think about taking the name off it and selling it as a unknown.  Thanks to Linda and Betty for keeping me on my toes.
