Here's 04R3 just opening this afternoon, and snow is forecast for tonight.  If it snows but doesn't freeze, it may make an interesting sight in the morning.  The plant has nice branching, height and bud count, but the flowers are a little doggy.  Trying to cross it with a broader-flowered rebloomer, but no luck with the frozen pollen, so far.  --  Griff
