Another example of cold damage. Top growth of stalk stopped
during development, with nighttime lows near freezing. This one
was too late as a fall maiden in 07, too late in 08. Would have
been early enough this year, if it had been a 'normal' fall season.
A region 6 guest for 2011. 11-12 buds, sturdy stalks, very
healthy.
Betty is right - you get nicer things using Immortality as pollen
parent. Immortality produces lots of pollen on fall bloom.
