It is not a Louisiana.
like Christy said, it is a bearded iris, doesn't look very tall.
Maybe little horns, the tips of the beards do lift off of the falls.
What is unusual is the standards flop down, this is really open
standards. A novelty flatty or flattop would have to have 6
falls and no standards.
