The noid looks like 'Kochii' to me.  Similar to 'Crimson King' but with less defined haft markings.

The first shot is of Crimson King. The second shot is of a NOID I got years
ago from another garden; it grows at BB height. There's quite a resemblance,
but I don't think they're the same.
