Kent...so glad to see that in writing. I have been growing this iris for a couple of years and wondered if the soil might be lacking or something. The blooms colors are nice, but the habit seemed weak to me. I moved it last year to a new garden to see if the virgin soil would make a difference.. The standards are normally open like that, like splayed gnu legs.
