Well, the problem with the archives was rather localized (can't link favorites to Jan and expect to see Feb postings... ooops) Didn't mean to ignore your question Lowell. The Greater Omaha Iris Society has been maintaining a Sass Garden for many many years. It had been at the SAC Museum at the Offutt Air Force base for many years, but was moved to Mahoney State Park, just off I-80 between Omaha and Lincoln. For those of you attending the Median convention, I believe lunch will be at the park lodge one day, so there may be an opportunity to see the garden. Besides the Sass Garden, there is also a planting of the Dykes winners and there are plans to extend the beds to add plantings of the Hans and Jacob Sass Medal winners. Robin Shadlow zone 5 NE where 25 deg feels really warm : )
