Margie  --  That is, indeed, a beautiful flower.  I don't see the disproportion of which you speak.  Even so, you're right to reserve judgement for a while.  Some surprising changes in flower form do occur as a seedling matures.  --  Griff

This seedling bloomed for the first time last spring also. It is SPIRIT WORLD x WHISPERING SPIRIT.
 
I'll be watching it closely next spring to see if the standards actually continue to look to be lengthier than the falls. I DO expect the form to change somewhat within it's first 2-3 years. I love the yellow rims on the standards, and the play of colors on the falls.
