When did the plant reach maturity? I'm curious as too how long the plant had been in a mature state before flowering

The lone bud opened yesterday way down in the fan, so I broke it out for pictures. I'm hoping that the growing conditions or size of the plant are responsible for the architecture (or lack thereof) of the flowerstalk. Also the flower itself resembles the dad (suaveolens var. rubromarginata) a little too much for my taste. Even so, this seedling and its siblings have tremendous potential for breeding. Speaking of which, the anthers were shriveled too. I'd rather have seen them nice and fluffy with pollen, but I've had other seedlings start out looking equally hopeless as pollen producers that have completely changed in that respect (with later blooms).
Now I can hardly wait to see what the three other siblings (two big ones and one runty one) will look like when they bloom.
