Tom, if you're reporting to Iris City Gardens, don't forget to report
that it rebloomed for me last fall--two stalks made full bloom and a
third got frozen.

Oh I forgot to add the other good news I got about 'Cricket Song'...

Back in Fall of 2009, I sent three rhizomes as guest irises for the
upcoming 2012 convention in Ontario, California.
Since it's going to be introduced this year by Iris city Gardens, I
wanted to let them know for their records and also I wanted to ask if
anyone knew how it was performing so far - especially whether it had
tried to rebloom yet or not. Well... I found out that the rhizome at
the Jurupa garden hasn't bloomed at all yet (which is fairly typical
I'm told for irises from colder regions) but IS growing vigorously. So
maybe it'll put on a good show come April. Even better news, Carole
Buchheim said the rhizome in her garden was still in rebloom in
mid-January and probably had been in bloom for at least a month. I
don't know how the third rhizome is doing but that was enough good news
for now anyway! ;0)
