Sorry, everyone! I'm having a terrible problem with AOL. Switched to
G. Crome and it was still the same. Going to have to leave and hope it
gets better later.

Yes, Linda. 'Vanishing Act' is proof that 'Laced Cotton' is a plicata.
VA is one of my favorite plicata parents. Much as I love VA, I
really
liked some of her siblings as they were nearly brown and plicata, also.
Unfortunately, they were not as tall or vigorous as VA. Still, using
VA due, in part, to it's LC heritage.

I've tried to grow LC again and find it is really prone to rot here.
(newer location) Was not fond of the grandchildren I got when I used
LC with Feed Back.

Still have a good batch of seedlings to grow from VA. All plicata.

Â
Adam, it's definitely a plic, just very pale, tho that isn't mentioned
in the registration description. Color a lot more obvious in cool wet
weather. I thought it was white too, till I saw it under the right
weather here.

> Whoa, how is 'Laced Cotton' a plicata?

Betty, I'm surprised you didn't recommend VANISHING ACT?
Rebloom and plic and lace parent- another pale one, but it's so pretty.

Or do you think the ring on VA isn't plic?
