It almost looks like THORNBIRD accentuates whatever colors are in whatever it's paired with. I've got a few things I just might have to try it with including this seedling. Hope it'll cross to SDBs. :-)

 Have you looked at the 2004 intros from Superstition?  Among the 2003's there was one that was a Thornbird seedling that I saw and just could hardly believe my eyes--magnificent, saturated color with red, red falls and appendage (spoon? flounce?) and orange-yellow standards.  T-bird has astonishing things in its pedigree and may just produce equally astonishing things among its progeny.
