Neil, that is one of the most gorgeous blue irises I have ever seen!! How does it grow for you?  Is it a good increaser? May I ask - - where did you find yours?  It is now officially on my wish list!!  I don't believe that I have seen any of his intros in this part of the U.S.

This is MIAH JANE, Registered in 1999 and introduced by Tom Parkhill in 2001.  The variety has beautiful branching and a bloom to delight the most jaded.  Just pure quality marks this introduction.
 
The ancestry is pure Schreiner blue line with the pedigree of Breakers X Tide's In. 
 
Parkhill, incidentally, is one of the active hybridizers in the Knoxville, TN, area and has introduced some other high quality tall beardeds.
