It is my understanding at this moment and the letter from realtor, that in order to sell house , you have to rent it back.  Is that some sort of paper you signed? ?
Otherwise, my suggestion is let it go into foreclosure.

Thank you for your concern. I have pealed through all the options available to me at this time, and staying here until the summer is the most practical solution. I have explored all the options and this is the best. We don't have time to run through all the senarios that have been considered the last few weeks.
I am in a legally binding contract to lease our house until June 15. We HAVE food and shelter. Our house is sufficient until June and the move will take place then. I need to know NOW if you will help with financing this transaction. If not, my agent and I could end up in serious legal difficulties, that we will need to prepare for.
Please get back to me TODAY if you are unable to assist us in getting through this extremely difficult time.

I can leave here after the 30th and have about 2 wks. that I can come there. Get your stuff in storage, help find you temp shelter for you that we (including your dad) agree on and help Casey in some way that is agreeable to her & me  (and her grandfather) for her to get through these next 4 months.
The little ones have food and shelter at the moment.
If there's one thing  I know, it's how to move.
One step at a time to sort this out.
