A nice start, Adam.  Very nice ruffling.  I think I'd like the standards a bit more closed.  Crossing with something that has the attributes you say it is short on may be the way to go.  --  Griff

How about if I end the day with a seedling?

I've sent this seedling to a guest garden this year, in hopes it will be seen by some iris lovers. :-)

Though it is not my best color, branched, or substance seedling, it does have vigor, form, and intrigue from it's parentage!

Coming from my very first year of hybridizing, in 2004, this seedling has been through the ringer as far as growing conditions goes.

Any thoughts?
