The soil is alkaline here in New Mexico so maybe that accounts for the more
purple, but it would stand to reason that with a name like Welch's it should
be purple. Good thought but the R&I's say it should be red purple. Maybe my
digital camera changed the color. At this time of year I don't remember the
true color of anyone.:)
