Re: TB: Chinese Treasure

Hi Mike,  Yours is what I remember seeing in the Schrieners catalog.  I think that you have the real one and the others are growing Boogie Woogie and Let's Boogie, Both are wonderful iris.  I do think that it is important that we help each other out on these things because when we donate to our local iris sales someone might think that they are growing something that they are not and that is one way a mislabled plant comes about,  I know that I have received them before, and sometimes love the mistake!  Thanks for your help,  Bonnie

Here's my Chinese Treasure library  photo - forget whose catalog/garden this is from: I grow it, but mine didn't bloom this year.

Eleanor, go to Leotas-iris.com.  There are good pictures of both irises.

Thanks!  I'd still sure like to see pix of both these irises.

Same thing happened last year, after waiting and waiting for Stepping Out to
bloom.  Someone figures the one I have is really Eagles Flight.  I haven't
been able to get either of these TB's this year, since I bought more MDB's
and SDB's for my display gardens.  sigh  :)
