I use the Avery template. The actual paper I use is Self-Adhesive Opaque White for Laser / Copiers by Chartpak. Reorder No. LCW50. Chartpak's address is:

The paper comes 50 sheets of 8.5 x 11 inch paper per box. As best I remember the last time I ordered a box it was about $60.00. One box has the capability of making 1500 labels to stick to the metal markers.
