Hi,
This beautiful japanese Iris of Chad Harris's is blooming in our yard today. How fortunate I was to receive this iris last season at a club function. This is SUNRISE RIDGE which he has introduced this year. I have tried growing JI in the past, but just didn't 'do right' by them. This was planted in a very large pot with lots of the right ingrediants. It has two bloomstalks.
Chad's iris are just outstanding! We are lucky to have his garden nearby.
There is a little bloom damage and I don't know how that happened.
