To Sandra:
    I think its BEFORE the STORM too. The form is smoother than BLACK TIE 
I've attached my pics taken this spring. BLACK TIE AFFAIR is not a good 
picture, but you can see the ruffles. It's not as black either, but the 
sheen on falls is beyond incredible.
