You bet you can.  And, if you take it to a reliable camera store, not the drug store
back-in-an-hour type, you can get surprisingly good slides from your floppy. You'll
probably get better slides from your floppy than floppies from your slides unless
you are working with a top of the line camera with a very good macro lens.
