Thanks for the
helpful comments on compression. However I need to reword the question.
File compression degrades the picture quality. Is it better from a picture
quality perspective to achieve a 3 to 1 compression by reducing dpi or
by using a higher jpg compression? Or is there a better way than
compression ratio and/or dpi?
