I also have had a few like that...and one that had 5 falls  5 beards, and one with normal 3 falls and 4 horns....a little odd....but, that is Batik.

That's more like what I often see in mine.  Interesting how one flower can be a purple self, and another can be part violet-edged white plicata.  Quite a difference.  I've had a few flowers that are almost all plicata, but there are always large broken streaks of dark on them.
