It is sometimes very difficult to pick up those lovely nuances on camera. The depth of the color is very nice. I would be interested in seeing what the second year bloom looks like! Happy Hybridizing!

This seedling looks much better now that she's fully opened.
Though the picture doesn't show it too well, there is a velvety black sheen along the edge, not as intense, nor quite as wide as something like TB: Full Impact.
But, if you look at the lower fall and look just a little bit more than half way down the fall, you can see the darker shading in the pic. The velvet-like sheen doesn't show through on the pic, but looks pretty, especially in bright light.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.
This is my first seedling to flower.
The cross is from Oretta's Shadow x Romantic Evening made in 2003.
