PHOTO: BB: Brown Lasso

Brown Lasso is another one of those older iris that just tickles me when I see it bloom.  It is the only BB to have won the Dykes medal and one of only 3 non-TBs that have, the others being Elmohr (arilbred) and Star Woman (IB).  I never grew it when it first came out because it was expensive when I was raising a family.  But now I honor it with a place in my garden (and even use it in hybridizing).
