This was the convention for the IB's to shine!  Most of the Tall Bearded were in buds but the IBs were clouds of butterflies.  The PCN were doing good as well.  Most of the gardens had several displays of the PCN and the SIBs.  The following is Paul Black's Man's Best Friend and Dazzling.  Dazzling won the Hagar Cup and the (I think) Franklin cup.

Anybody have a report on the convention?  my guess is lots of medians were blooming but not too many TBs based on the incredible cool and wet spring we have been having.  If anybody has some info on it i would love to hear about it.
