Hi Janet,

I did take a lot of photos in April 2011, a year before the convention.  I went with Jill out to Jurupa and Mystic when she was getting different things worked out.  While she worked things out with the garden hosts I spent the time taking iris pictures - lots of them - of everything which was in bloom that day.  The BIG problem - I just realized that they were NOT on the CD I sent you earlier today.  I will put them on another CD and send them to you on Monday.

Jill Bonino took several shots and those are included but many were long field shots, those too are included but not what you are looking for I am sure.

 

She tells me she is sending her CD of photos and so is Jan Lauritzen and so between the two of them I hope to have some pre-convention shots.  You are correct a lot of the irises bloomed out by convention.

 

This was a very strange year, irises blooming way to early.
