Re: Iris reticulata


I would also like to add compliments to Lowell on the reticulata photo. I saved the photo in my miscellaneous iris file.
 
My situation in zone 9 is the same as Eleanor's in zone 3. Plant them, they bloom once and are gone.

Beautiful, Lowell.  I have to treat them like annuals here in Z3.  They'll bloom their first year and then disappear. ;)  Mind you, I've only tried them twice; perhaps the third time, I'll be lucky!!!
