Personally, I am not a fan of the color scheme, but it appears to be a very nicely formed flower. Good proportions of the standards to falls, broad enough shoulders to support the falls, and nicely domed standards.  If it holds well as the bloom ages, and meets the other criteria for a good plant, then it is probably worth introducing.

Now, if you could put bronze flounces on it...  <g>
