Hi,

In retrospect, I should not have sent the copy (even if it was small and poor) of Ken's photo without first asking.  I had lost the link but still had the copy on my clipboard.  I got everything working again, and here is the link to Ken's web site.  It's a fun one to visit, and lots of good photos.
