OT: Surveyor Flag Supplier

Somewhere out there on the internet is a supplier for surveyor flags.  The little vinyl flags on a metal leg that come in various colors.  I found them once before and there were a LOT of different colors.  AM Leonard has them but in a much smaller range of colors.  Anyone have any idea of who this supplier is?
