i totally agree with you

my comment of the shape was only reffering to what i have been told not to do in my crosses: going back too much in time, size wise.

But i might get a nice surprise with this one, who knows?

it's an iris worth having, the colours are unique.

And it's quite resistant in my awful clay!

loic, I've grown this ib for 10 years and it bloomed 9 of the 10. The form may not be as good as newer IB's but the color makes up for the poor form. Makes a nice clump, sets off real well next to yellow and red Ib's. Mike
