Donald, I think the form of this Arilbred is beautiful.  The color may be too pale for most tastes, but the blossom is very nice.

It's always nice to see the first bloom that kicks off the beginning of
bloom. It's also always nice to see bloom on seedlings for the first time -
even when they turn out ugly. This is both a seedling and the first bloom
here. It's not ugly, but it's not a success either. I'll give it credit
for withstanding the wind, though. It's been gusting up to 35mph since
around 9 am. This photo was taken after the bloom had 4 hours of being
beaten by the wind. Hope the siblings look better and hold up as well.
