Oops.................I spelled it wrong. It is SOTTO VOCE.  A Ben Hager intro, by Sid DuBose, R. 2000) , 38" tall EM
I bought mine quite a few years ago from Cooleys. Maybe they still carry it.  I see Woodland Iris garden has it:

We really like the pinks and violets in Soto Voce Margie!  What year was this variety introduced and who is the hybridizer?  We will have to see where we can get a rhizome of this one!

This one is SOTO VOCE. Not a strong grower, but lovely none-the-less. This was taken just as the sun was coming up, hitting the bloom but not yet the wall behind it.
