HYB: Ring Around Rosie seedlings/Epicenter

According to the new rebloom checklist (which Robin is working on as we
speak!), Epicenter has only been reported to rebloom in Oz.

If any of you know of it reblooming elsewhere, let Robin, Betty, or me
know where.
